Agreement to Terms

Services
ULTRA CREATIVE HOUSE provides website design and development services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in a separate project agreement for each engagement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon project completion.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the custom website design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds included in your project is specified in your package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
Limitation of Liability
ULTRA CREATIVE HOUSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
